The Eardley Kitchen
A job well done!
Here are some pictures of the bedrooms. Again we used a tradition wallpaper from Cole and Son and Farrow and Ball paint.
We used Farrow and Ball paints to keep with the tradition feel to the Victorian flat.

Our other project has been a complete renovation of a two bedroom flat in Earls Court.
This project will take close to three months to complete. We started with a full strip out of all fixtures, fittings and even some original walls that were not up to the job any more. We then re plumbed the kitchen and bathroom, fitted a new boiler and central heating system and replaced the old consumer unit for a modern version to make the electrics of the flat safe.
Next we installed a kitchen from Howdens Joinery and a well proportioned bathroom. We have worked closely with both the client and interior designer to produce a very high quality finish that everyone is happy with.
All the ceilings had to be removed due to them being beyond repair. We installed a metal frame system that is lightweight and cost effective. Then attached plasterboard to be skimmed and painted. This gives us a much more solid structure not prone to cracking.
We are now at the decorating stage. A mould was made to produce a tradition coving to be fitted in keeping with the Victorian style of the property. All the walls have been repaired, skimmed and lined ready for the final covering of wallpaper.
The first 3 months of 2010

We have been split between 2 projects since January.
The first is a large kitchen in Grove Park. It is now nearing completion after a lot of re modelling
The old kitchen can be seen here during the strip out.

Here are a couple of pictures as the kitchen is at the moment.
The kitchen is to be completed over the next few weeks with a stone floor going down and granite worktops to be
fitted.
