Georgian Town House, Richmond

We are also working on a complete redecoration of a Georgian townhouse in Richmond.
The walls, ceilings and woodwork are all in poor condition.
As this is a listed building we are not allowed to remove any wood or existing plaster.
Here are a few photos from the major repair work we are undertaking.

2011 BLOG BEGINS!

Over the past 3 months we have been refurbishing a beautiful cottage in Kew.

It has been a total strip out from top to toe.

We started by moving the bathroom from the top floor down the the first floor. Then all the walls were stripped back to the brick and re plastered.
We then over hauled the roof terrace with new slate and refreshed the metal work.

A new condensing boiler has been fitted and new rads throughout.

We then fitted a set of bespoke bi fold doors to the rear and new windows at the rear.

Once all this was complete a beautiful engineered wood floor was fitted.
